What types of materials do you use for your jewelry?
A:
Our jewelry is made from sterling silver unless otherwise noted. We also have several products that are gold filled.

How can I contact you? Where are you located?
A:
You may contact Little Luv Letters at info@littleluvletters.com. We will do our best to respond to you within 24 hours. We are located in Chanhassen, MN. What type of payments do you accept?

Little luv letters accepts credit/debit cards via Paypal. We also accept checks. Please note that payment by check may hold up your order as orders are not processed until the check has cleared.
Please make your check payable to Ashley Browning. The address for payment will appear at the top of your e-mail generated invoice.
Q: Gift wrap/packaging
Do you provide gift wrapping?

All Little Luv Letters is packaged in a white organza bag. If you'd like a gift enclosure, please indicate this at check out.
Q: Shipping/handling
What are your shipping methods?
A:
Little luv letters ships USPS first class with delivery confirmation (not tracking) of $5.00 per address. If you live in the Minneapolis, MN metro area, customer pick-up is available. If you select customer pick-up, the address will be e-mailed to you once your order is complete.
Q: Misspelled names/words wrong dates
When I received my necklace, I realized that the name was misspelled. What are your return policies?
A:
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we want you to be happy with your order. If you feel that the product is unsatisfactory, please contact us and we will promptly do our best to correct the issue. If an error has occured on our end, we will gladly refund any shipping charges and/or replace your order.
We cannot accept returns based on customer error. The best way to resolve an order issue is to e-mail info@littleluvletters.com.
Q: Chain repairs
Will you repair/replace a broken chain or clasp?
A:
If you have a repair request, please send us an email at info@littleluvletters.com. We will replace a broken chain (if you feel it was defective and it was not excessively pulled on) within six months of purchase. Because normal wear and tear from frequent use can eventually weaken a chain, we cannot replace broken chains after six months of purchase date
Q: Cleaning/caring for your jewelry
How do I clean/care for my jewelry? Why is it tarnishing?
A:
Sterling silver jewelry naturally tarnishes when exposed to air and other elements such as lotions, improper storage, exposure to other tarnished jewelry, as well as some skin types. When not being worn, your jewelry should be stored in a closed jewelry box or a plastic bag. To prevent tarnish build-up, you should periodically polish your pendants with a jewelry polishing cloth. Cleaning solutions are not recommended.
Q: Letters on my jewelry
Will the letters on my jewelry line up straight?
A:
All little luv letters jewelry is specially handcrafted and hand stamped one letter at a time, no machines are used to make your piece. As such, letters may not line up exactly straight. This should not be considered a flaw, but rather part of the “charm” of your custom handmade piece.
